Posted - 11 October 2009 : 21:18:52 What benefits are counted as income by the OR? I'm getting really confused now or was I just naive? First of all is Disability Living Allowance, Mobility Allowance and Incapacity Benefit counted as part of Income? Also just been reading thread talking about offers to OR. What does this mean? My mobility allowance has been given over to Motability for a car - will I be allowed to keep this? Also didn't even know that we might have to contribute payments after bankruptcy - when does this happen and under what circumstance. Thank you so much any replies greatly appreciated. Katie

If your income is solely from benefits you will not have to make any payments to the OR
