Don't worry about the interview as it may be about something different. You could always call the OR and ask if the interview is regarding a possible BRO/U so then at least you will know before hand. Even if it is regarding a possible BRO/U then it doesn't mean that you will get one. This is just to allow the OR to get more information to see whether a BRO/U is applicable.
Even if you do get a BRO/U it is nothing to worry about. You will still receive an AD 1 yr after you declared BR and it only means that the BR restrictions will continue for an additional amount of time.

Posted - 16 October 2009 : 17:53:27 Hi steven, usually a second interview is in connection with a BRO/U which is a restriction that extends after you have been discharged. Have you done anything that would merit one such as, gambling, giving assets away, prefering a family member or friend over other creditors, taking credit out near to the bankrutcy order etc
