Posted - 20 October 2009 : 09:46:42 The question is asked on the petition on whether you have been adjudged bankrupt in the past 5 years...so at this point you would state no, but, on the final page of the statement of affairs page 13, you are asked to provide additonal information on this page i would state that you were previous subject to a banktupcy oreder on....at....County Court. It will come up on the search done on hyou by the OR's office so it is better to be open and honest.
