Here is a strange sort of question, I dont know if Im going mad or this is a normal thing, but..3 times now I have entered in business name and address details into Business Details area (SOA's section 2) and each time it disappears! When I go back to it, despite me 'saving' the section, its just not there! And yet its telling me that section is 99& complete!! Help!!!!!!!!

Posted - 21 October 2009 : 20:17:18 Make sure you have not ticked the box at the top of section 2 otherwise it will automatically presume you are not self employed

Posted - 21 October 2009 : 18:45:52 This can sometimes happen with the online forms. For me the credit card type (i.e. visa, mastercard) didn't print out on the forms although it was there on the online version?!?!?
It's worth having a thorough look through the forms once you have printed them off just to make sure everything is ok.
