Posted - 23 October 2009 : 18:59:43 The table is the guidelines that ORs (Official Receivers) are expected to follow. Some ORs are more lenient that others especially if you are paying an IPA (Income Payment Agreement).
Once you are declared BR an OR will be assigned your case and it is their job to act on behalf of your creditors and obtain any money (via assets or an IPA) to pay to creditors.
