Posted - 23 October 2009 : 12:27:59 i am filling in the forms for bankruptcy and have a few questions, i am going bancrupt jointly with my husband, i am a housewife so have no income do i put my husbands income down or leave blank. also when detailing benefits do i include working tax credit in mine as it is only my husband that recieves it as he is the only one working???

Posted - 23 October 2009 : 15:10:37 Put down your income as £0 and then put your husband's income down as his contribution. Don't bother putting his tax credits on your I&E but you will need to put them down on his form.
