I have recently been made bankrupt. My bank account at the time was in credit to the tune of £4000 which was a loan from my parents to enable me to continue with everyday expenses. The receiver now informs me that they will freeze my account, including the loan from my parents.Do I have any recourse to keep hol of this money.

If this money is a loan from your parents then they are one of your creditors. Any cash in the bank will be taken by the OR and used to pay your creditors so you have more than likely lost this money.
