Posted - 26 October 2009 : 17:09:22 i went bankrupt in 2008 ,i am now discharged and in the process of buying back my property from the or for £1. just before i went bankrupt i signed a second mortgage on my property , because it wasnt registered before i went bankrupt the or turned it into an unsecured debt. i find out now that the second mortgage has been submitted . is this possible. |

Posted - 27 October 2009 : 07:30:36 If you signed for a secured loan i don't see how the OR could turn it into an unsecured one unless you didn't keep the property. Did you always intend to purchhase the BI? |

How long have you been discharged, I thought you had to buy the Ben Interest before the year of BR was up. Can the OR contact after discharge to offer this?
