Posted - 29 October 2009 : 17:47:33 Hi Skippy in reply to your advice my husbands BR ended before its time because when the BR started in Dec 2005 my husband was then diagnosed with terminal cancer five months into the BR The garage is an empty shell not attached to our house no electrics it was given to us by a lady whom rented it to us years ago I have seill got the keys I dont understand why

Posted - 28 October 2009 : 17:44:18 If the garage was part of his BR estate I would think that you would have to buy back his interest if you wanted to keep the garage.
The best thing would be to speak to the OR who dealt with your husband's case as they have the full facts.
