Posted - 28 October 2009 : 19:40:17 I've been looking everywhere for this, P45, Old Wage slip and P60.
On the P60 it has pay/pension reference with a 5 digit number. Thing is I've been out of work since June so would it be on my jobseekers documents?

Posted - 28 October 2009 : 22:31:54 I thought it was always on your P45, P46 or P60? may be wrong - maybe on wage slips too.
If not then a quick call to the local HMRC and ask - they will need your DOB and NI Number
Good luck, Richard

Posted - 28 October 2009 : 22:23:23 That's a good question!
I don't know about your jobseekers paperwork but have you got an old notice of coding from HMRC as it might be on there. If not, at least you'd have the contact details for your tax office.
If not, the job centre might be able to help you x
