Posted - 31 October 2009 : 21:45:59 My son in law has been made bankrupt and lives with us. he has of course declared our address and I am concerned that this may cause me a problem to obtain credit. Is there any way of disassociating myself from him to avoid any future credit problems?

Posted - 31 October 2009 : 21:58:30 Providing you have no joint debts with him you won't be affected. I had debts at my mum's address and the address I shared with my partner and they've both had no problems getting credit since.
