I have about £95K on 6 credit cards (I've been using each card to pay the minimum amount each month by balance transfer) but I've now run out of credit and I cannot now pay all of them at the end of each month. I also have 2 loans costing me £366 a month. I take home £1650 a month and pay out £700 in rent. I own a car worth £2,000 which I need to get to and from work (I work odd shifts with no public transport). Will I be allowed to keep my car if I go BR? Any advice would be welcomed. Peter

Peter,

Who are you seeking professional help from?

Why dont you try either Melanie Nichols http://www.jonesgiles.co.uk/index.htm

or http://www.revivauk.com/

Both post on this site, and will no doubt be able to assist you long before the 18th Nov.

Peter,

The OR should let you keep the vehicle given that you need it to commute to work etc...

Gd luck.

Hi Peter,

If your car is worth £2k and you need it for work, then you should be ok.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
