My husband and I have just received notice of our early discharge this morning, just 6 months after declaring bankrupt.
I just want to take time to thank everyone, especially Paul Johns, for their advise and support, it has been invaluable in times of great stress and worry.
To all at the onset of this journey, please don't be afraid, as long as you are honest, and upfront throughout the process, there really is nothing to worry about.
Thanks again.

Jayne x

The insolvency register shows us as discharged, can anyone tell me does it stay on there for ever, or will our names eventually come off the register?
Also I've seen many posts advising they were asked for an new I & E prior to discharge, which we've never had, is this usual?
