it's now 49 days since I received letter from OR saying that after receiving my new SOA they would be writing to creditors and as long as there were no objections they would be filing early discharge papers in court 28 days from date of letter.As I'v heard nothing and insolvency reg is still showing BR it looks like not getting ED,has anyone got any experience of how long process usually takes.

Yeah lol building your hope up and then waiting. I went BR in April in Newcastle, my case got sent to an OR in Leeds and then in the last 3 weeks it has been passed to the RTLU in the North East. Hope it comes quick for you.

All this waiting is stressful isn't it, I almost wish I'd never got the letter then I wouldn't be expecting it,how long is it since you went BR Mick and which office are you with.

Im the same, they sent the letters to the creditors for my ED on the 21st of Sept, still not heard anything. Good luck with it.
