Posted - 05 November 2009 : 21:28:58 Im getting innundated with letter after letter from everyone at the min and somehow a couple of them have managed to get my phone number even though its a diff phone to what i had when i was in communication with them. Its a pay as you go mobile and is not even registered in my name so where on earth would they get my number from.
Anyhow after court on Wed when I get made BR someone said that they will not be allowed to contact me by letter , on the phone , or in person etc (they have came out to the house a couple of times). Are they informed that they are no longer allowed to harrass me or do i tell them im BR when they ring and tell them not to ring any more etc ?
Will the letters stop ?
poor postman will end up with a hernia from all the letters he fetches me every day - maybe im the reason the royal mail are on strike lol

Who are your creditors?
Give them your BR number, and hand over the letters to the OR. The calls will subside eventually.
