Posted - 06 November 2009 : 12:06:49 Hi All
Just had my 30 min chat with the O/R office I must say its not as bad as you think it would be. I was asked to explain a couple of things. I was told about what happens next. Got my tax code nil in which would be paid to the people I owe money too till the next tax year starts. Told I would be B/R for 12 months but might get released early!!!!!!!! The examiner then said he would put my papers to the O/R and if they want anymore info they would contact me.
I will say to anyone don't worry about this I was up all night with worry but much better now.
Thanks to everyone on here for there help and support

As Richard P has said, they may contact you again - there again, they may not.
Whatever happens, post here if you need some advice or to share the experience we have all been there and the experts will assist
Regards, Richard

Posted - 06 November 2009 : 14:59:32 Hi Dez
yes they have the option of calling you in at any time and they may phone to clarify points
however it is unlikely until 6 month mark and even then it is only a small % of the cases.
isn't it nice after BR court to hear how quiet the phone is and that postie no longer has to bring a truck load of post to your door every day !
