Posted - 08 November 2009 : 21:31:50 Hi kelly
Do you know if you are going to be under the Exeter or Rlymouth OR`s office?
I live in Plymouth and am being dealt with by the Plymouth OR - I can say that they are (from my experience)very good to deal with.
I have not had any experience with the Exeter office, but I am sure they will also be fine. I think that all of the ORs are fair minded and will treat all BR cases as fairly as they can - just relax, be open and co-operate with the examiner and I am sure you will be absolutely fine.
I wish you, your husband and your family well and will be looking forward to a positive posting after it is over.
Best regards, Richard |

each court is different, so ring the usher or clerk to confirm. which court are you going to ?
prior to court have you got everything in order, cars, house , sailing yacht etc
normally 3 copies of statement of affaris (form 6.28)
and completed application not signed
cash not cheque.
do not be rushed to going into court and applying for BR until you are both ready
good luck next week Richard P
