Hi again Katie

What are the circumstances - how many in the household, what type of tenancy do you have? I am thinking as he has questioned the rental levels you are a private sector tenant on an assured shorthold tenancy - is that the case?

If you need some "cyber" advice/suggestions, I am happy to try to assist with the whats and whys...

Come back and I am positive someone will come up with comments and suggestions.

Again, I say, "DO NOT STRESS" - you are not alone and we will be here to "listen" and make (hopefully) helpful coments and suggestions.

Take care, Richard
