Having gone bankrupt back in February its not long now until I'm discharged. :o)Everyone on this forum, especially Reviva UK helped me massively and I haven't looked back for a moment.

I'm hoping somebody out there can give me some advice on what I should be doing now in preparation for discharge? I currently have a Co-op cashminder account and a T Mobile contract (I dont know if this helps with rebuilding credit). Will I be able to open a regular (non Electron) bank account and savings? Also are any final checks done before you are discarged? I'm not sure if they look through you account statements with a fine tooth comb? I have also been selling lots of odd bits on Ebay and it has earned me around £250 should I have declared that?

Any advice much appreciated!

you may be able to get a normal bank account but not straight away, the COOP will be your best bet but not for a couple of months.
as for your ebay sales, if you are just spring cleaning and selling a few bits i would not worry and i would not have mentioned it to the OR

Don't worry or know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.(Baz Lurman)
RevivaUK helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!
