Posted - 09 November 2009 : 15:23:12 Could you tell me if I will have to pay some back pay in bonuses to the official receiver? I will be receiving approx. £600 in back pay of bonuses to cover the last 6 months. I have just been given my NT code and the only IPO I have got is to cover the NT code. I am just under the limit as to whether I received an IPO or not on the rest of my wages. If I do have to pay this money to the OR will I be able to keep some of the money for a new washing machine and some towards solicitors fee (child residency ) or will I be expected to pay for this out of my bill money (even though I have accounted for any of this)?
