Well the day has come I am in court in 3 Hours to petition my bankruptcy. This site has be extremely helpful over the last few months. From what people have said I not to worried about the court it is more the OR Interview that I am not looking forward to. Then I will find out if I can keep my home and car. The unknown is always the worst I suppose.
Well here is the rest of my life.......without killer debt and daily worry
I will run a post to follow up this evening for Newbies to tell you what is was like for me and how I got on. Thanks forum and bankruptcy help for all the advise so far..

Read my "10th November 2009 - My experince in Court petitioning my Bankruptcy" I have started a new thread so nebbies Can see that is not as bad as everybody thinks it is going to be unless you have been there..
