Please HELP

I am due to go bankrupt next week.A bankruptcy company has filled in all my papers and have been brilliant.
I have a mortgage and secured loan, the mortgage or secured loan hasnt been paid for two months.I want the house to be repossessed but the mortgage company will not let me give the keys back as my ex partner will not sign the document so I have to wait for another missed payment.Just double checking really.. will the mortgage and secured loan be put in my bankruptcy?
