Posted - 22 November 2009 : 19:43:59 Hi shazzles,not heard from you for a while, my iva failed an I went BR,but after 2 months iva went of the register.I think you went BR few weeks before me and I got ED on the 30 Oct so hopefully yours may come soon.Don't think there's any connection with iva going of register an ED .

Posted - 22 November 2009 : 14:10:06 IVA or BR? As far as I am aware you can't be discharged early from an IVA unless you pay back all of the money you owe to the creditors.
For BR normally you would hear from the OR that they are applying for ED or your case would be transferred to the RTLU and you would have to complete a new I&E.
There is nothing wrong in contacting the OR/RTLU to get an update on your case. You can mention the change on the Insolvency Register and ask what it means.
