Posted - 23 November 2009 : 13:31:32 Hi expert, I was declared bankrupt in July this year. My current company I am employed with is struggling to stay afloat. I have been searching for alternative employemnt and have been offered a position in Abu Dhabi (UAE). Can you tell me if I can work there whilst being bankrupt and also what implications I may face with the reciever.
I am a little concerned as I dont want to move there with my family only to find out that I am not allowed to work there.
My other question is - How will my IPA be effected?

Posted - 23 November 2009 : 13:47:45 There won't be any problems with you leaving the UK while you are BR, you just need to let the OR know your new contact details. You will also need to complete another I&E for your IPA.
