Posted - 27 November 2009 : 16:52:43 Hi again Jo,
I am inclined to separate the income completely to just yours if the debt is in your sole name and as I have said they cannot hold your partner liable. Best not to muddy any waters!!
Do not worry...
Regards, Richard x

Posted - 27 November 2009 : 16:45:08 I agree with Richard.
Regarding 2, what sort of offer is it - DMP, IVA?

Posted - 27 November 2009 : 16:32:20 Hi jo,
Do not panic
If the debts are in your sole name then your partner cannot be liable.
I am sure others will have the same advice, good luck, Richard x
