Posted - 28 November 2009 : 17:48:53 has anyone had any dealings with moon beever had my first letter from them today 28/11/09 telling me i got to pay £350 by 1/12/09 does not leave me with much time it says i can pay by cash,cheuqe or postal order. can you pay by debtit card or on line tried to ring them got no answer |

Posted - 29 November 2009 : 14:24:30 Yes, sadly they have taken over from Clarke Willmott, the firm of solicitors who collected IPAs up until the beginning of this year.
Personally I preferred CW as they were more efficient and friendlier.

I presume you are paying an IPA? I pay mine by standing order each month as that way I don't have to worry about remembering it. You should have received the details with your pack from MB.
I don't know if you can pay by debit card, you would need to try contacting them again. I very much doubt they work weekends so try them again on Monday. You could also ask if it would be possible to pay on a different date.
