Good morning,

Sorry to sound completely stupid but Ive been BR for two months and keep reading on here about the RTLU but dont understand who they are or their role, can someone help and does every case go there?

Good morning

RTLU stands for Regional Trustee and Liquidator Unit. It is the place where all bankruptcies go prior to discharge. Once the OR has finished his/her investigations, the case is transferred to RTLU to tie up the loose ends and check that all work as been complete.
