I have £27,000 unsecured debt and wil lbe apllying for bankruptcy in the new year, as this is what I have been advised to do by the CAB and the CCCS, I have no assets and live in a housing association property. I have £190 disposable income left, my question is how much will the OR take of this towards an IPA?

If having done that the OR comes to the figure you state (or whatever the final figure is) if it is over £100, you will be liable to pay 50% for 36 months
