Hi there,

I am gonna be discharged in early January and a bit nervous about an 11th hour grilling from the OR. Can anyone confirm the Bristol OR's christmas opening hours so i can work out how many working days there is until that date?

thanks,

andy

I can;t say for sure but 'normal' public sector holidays are a bit longer than the private sector. The 25th, 28th Dec and 1st Jan they will definitely be closed and I would say the 24th Dec will either be half day or even a full day off.

I won't say that it is impossible that you won't be contacted by the OR before your discharge but it is highly unlikely.

Is your case with the RTLU? You can check this on the Insolvency Register - http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir/. If so, it will mean that the OR has finished with your case and the loose ends (any assets, etc.) are being dealt with.
