I started a business in march 2008 and worked for 12 months and have been off for a year also so i estimate a tax bill of approx £12000 along with personal debt of approx £20000 could this all be dealt within the bankruptcy?

also how stringent are they with regards to accessing bank statements?

Hi Steve

welcome to forum sorry to read about your finances

are you a limited company, sole trader or partnership

different course of action for a each type of company

this could be specialist stuff, I would speak to or email one of the experts (paul or mel from) the experts tab to the left

regards Richard
