Posted - 09 December 2009 : 14:13:44 Hi buzz rock
I may have misunderstood the question but why would you want to pay HMRC
all of your debts could be included in your bankruptcy. HMRC no longer have preferential treatment and are treated the same as any other creditor, A chester has stated you cannot be seen to favouring any creditor in preference to another
are you still paying all of your credit card and loan debts ? If so please speak to one of the experts as you may not be ready fro BR yet
good luck and regards Richard
personally i think that you may be able to use the money for something else, like BR fees

Posted - 09 December 2009 : 14:01:22 once BR all unsecured debts are included and that includes HMRC you would not be allowed to pay it after BR as it would be seen as favouring a creditor
