Hi Zoe
sorry to hear that you are considering bankruptcy
in order to go BR you must apply to your local court
the cost for courts outside central London is £510
central London high court is £522
on both courts unemployed or people on benefits can apply for a reduction of £160
Zoe before you apply for BR their are lots of things to consider, house , pension , car, savings policy etc make certaoin that you do your homework
