Posted - 22 December 2009 : 18:31:29 Hi Mrs roller, RTLU is just a different office in the Insolvency Service, it deals with assets, so IPA's properties etc |

Posted - 22 December 2009 : 18:12:33 Thanks, I have no idea what it means as the letter seems to assume I know. I was unaware that transferring the case to RTLA may mean discharge in the not too distant future. Im quite happy to wait as long as it takes as I am so much happier now (apart from having to hand over my yearly bonus). Am I right in assuming that once I am discharged whenever that may be that I would be able to keep any future bonus. |
