All the correspondence is marked "subject to contract" and until the contract is completed, the BI is not transferred.
I am not saying that to stress you - to be realistic - it is taking several months at the moment to transfer BI as there are so many transactions going therough - the highest number of bankruptcies ever recorded!! We are just two (you and me that is!)
I am sure it will be fine, I suspect you will hear from tghe ORs solicitor with a few standard questions - you are then invited to select your own legal adviser - probably not necessary in my view.

Posted - 29 December 2009 : 16:07:21 he can at any point until the contract has been completed. All of the letters you received will have had "subject to contract" printed on them. Having said that it would be very unusual to withdraw the offer
