Posted - 31 December 2009 : 16:24:17 got a letter from inland revenue ,telling how much tax i have paid since going BR and told this will go towards paying creditors ,my case is now with RTLU ,could this be reason as i have no other assets(told case only went to RTLU if assets involved)-cheers -PS now on NT code and no IPA

Posted - 31 December 2009 : 16:43:01 Hi john, Not all discharge or early discharge cases go to RTLU, many are dealt with by the original office

Posted - 31 December 2009 : 16:40:40 Your case could have gone to the RTLU because of your tax payments. It could also mean that you may be considered for an early discharge as all cases go there prior to discharge.
