Hi all,

I wondered if anyone could advise me. I got my early discharge through which is great but I have a couple of queries with it.

It says that I have a continuing duty pursuant to co-operate with the trustee so that he can carry out his functions. What are these functions and how long do I have to co-operate with him for?
I am currently unemployed. When I get a job do I still have to tell my trustee & will I have to pay towards my debts if my surplus income is £100+?

I just want to do the right thing so I don't end up in prison so what do I have to inform my trustee of & what can I keep to myself?

no you will not have to pay towards your bankruptcy if you do not already have an IPA. The OR's other job is to report to creditors and to deal with assets. You just have an obligation that if the OR requires further information to do this job then yu must co-operate, it is just a standard catchall phrase
