Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Posted - 07 January 2010 : 16:16:45 Hi Debt info
just be mindfull about the car insurance ( I know my favourite subject),
My Wife went BR 6 months prior to me going BR in the inbetween time the Insurance company found out that my policy had my wife as a named driver and cancelled the policy, they have since apologised and stated it was an error but they have a non BR friendly policy ( I would hate to name them again but a place in Norfolk just sold out to a bigger ins. co. and make silly TV adverts).
Beth I have posted a reply on your other listing same question thou
regards Richard |

Posted - 07 January 2010 : 15:05:57 If it is only you going bankrupt, and it is his asset, it will not be part of the bankruptcy proceedings, is the car registered in his name and is the finance in his name |
