Posted - 10 January 2010 : 08:50:18 Hi My bankruptcy ended with early discharge in October 2009 and my details, in relation to the bankruptcy, have now been removed from the Insolvency Services website. However, the details of my IVA remain on the website I thought that this should be removed as well . Is that not the case? Please can someone advise me? Thanks in advance. |

Posted - 10 January 2010 : 13:58:38 I was on the insolvency register showing I had an IVA and I was BR for quite a few months. I didn't bother doing anything about it and the IVA dropped off eventually.
I presume it's down to the IP to get the register updated when the IVA is failed.

Posted - 10 January 2010 : 12:45:08 I'm sure that as soon as the IVA fails then the details are removed in a very short time.
It probably is an oversight and once you let them know, it will taken off.

Posted - 10 January 2010 : 08:57:49 I would have thought the IVA details would have been removed once your declared BR as you cannot be BR while in an IVA.
There should be a 'Report Error' button at the bottom of the page on the Register. Select this and put a note of when your IVA ended. |
