Posted - 10 January 2010 : 18:46:19 Does anyone know anything about a company called Debitas? Over the last week I have been recieving calls at work (don't know how they have number) when I answer the line goes dead. The number is **phone number deleted**, and for a company called Debitas. I was declared bankrupt in March 09, and got early discharge in Oct 09. The only creditor who still send statements are Citi, I have advised of bankruptcy on several occasions, yet they still persist, could the two be related?

I was also chased by debitas, they do not listern and only update their computers once a month
I have asked MY OR to send a reminder go away letter to two of my creditors, so far 6 days after the OR sent the letter. my phone has been very Quiet.
