Posted - 12 January 2010 : 20:40:18 Hi guys, we have a date set for the bankruptcy, 2nd of February. I am in a kind of a strange way looking forward to it because it will be over and done with. That said i am absolutely cr***ing myself becasue i really dont know what will happen. it is neccessary to take the day after going to court off work because of the OR calling or will they give an estimate time of when they will be ringing. |

Posted - 13 January 2010 : 06:43:18 The interview is normally about 7-10 days after the court date although this depends on the ORs schedule/other interviews, etc. I was offered a choice of 3 dates/times for my interview but if you cannot make the date/time that the OR mentions due to work commitments, etc. then it isn't a problem as the OR should be able to offer you a later, more suitable, date.
Good luck on the 2nd Feb. |

You should only have a brief chat after court with the OR, and then a longer interview will be arranged with them.
