Hi, Just wanted to let you know that I have received an early discharge. I went bankrupt in August 2009 with over £200K of personal debt (exceptional circumstances)and have received confirmation of an early discharge. I would like to thank everyone on this site for all the help you have given. Your site has helped me through the entire process and given me lots of helpful advice. I would like to reassure anyone who is thinking of going bankrupt that it isn't as scary as you think and the people on this site are extremely helpful. I even found the OR and their office extremley compassionate and helpful and as long as you are honest then you have nothing to fear. I was apprehensive before I started the process but think it is the best thing I have ever done.

Great news for you and yours. I wish you well - we can live debt free forever - I, like most of us was apprehensive at first - then made the decision and it all happened the next day!!

my regards, Richard
