Posted - 31 May 2010 : 15:21:43 My husband will be automatically discharged on the 4th June. We havent heard from OR for ages now, so hopefully he will be discharged on Friday and that will be the end of that. I cant believe how fast this year has gone and that I was discharged after 6 months.
I cant believe this time last year we were sat worrying about money and going to court. The whole thing has been really straight forward for us and definately the best possible solution. I now do our accounts and am budgeting really well.
Good luck to anyone considering bankruptcy and hope its as straight forward for you as it was for me and my husband.
Here's to a debt free life :-)

Posted - 04 June 2010 : 11:23:13 Congrats on the discharge. My wife and i went br in october 09, she had ed on May 17, but i haven't heard anything about my ed, although we both signed the ed forms together. What happend with your husband, did he sign the ed forms? I just wondered if i were too going to get ed as i didn't want to contact the or to find out.
