Hi Elaine

this is a short question but complex possibilities for answers

lots of variables to consider

Centre of main interest, equity in property, what is home

I know that the spanish authorities adn banks are very slow following a UK bankruptcy, My spanish property the mortgage lender has phoned us twice asking us if we want to keep the property going

Can i suggest emailing or phoning paul at reviva, i know he has a spanish office and will be able to help

sorry I do not know the answer to your question

regards Richard
