Posted - 11 April 2010 : 20:52:08 We have just had to return our house to the bank due to redunances. we are living in a caravan at the moment and trying to find work. we have a house in Spain which is mortgaged which we have to live in during the months the caravan can not be used (3 months a year) if we file for bankrupty will we be made to sell the spanish property

lots of variables to consider
Centre of main interest, equity in property, what is home
I know that the spanish authorities adn banks are very slow following a UK bankruptcy, My spanish property the mortgage lender has phoned us twice asking us if we want to keep the property going
