Posted - 08 June 2010 : 23:05:54 i have just made myself bankrupt today and i have been told that they will freeze the kids accounts. Its the kids money and only used for them and money has been put in from them saving up and family and friends giving money for birthdays and christmas so can they touch them just because my name is down as the trustee? |

Posted - 26 December 2010 : 20:37:07 As I said in my post, this was a spam posting which was the reason for deleting it. Also, knowing the BR laws of another country isn't going to help the posters on a UK forum.

Posted - 26 December 2010 : 06:49:11 I think it is always better to know different policies of other countries and I dont think any problem in doing so, I feel through forums one can generate and even know valuable things that are not known in their country. |
