Hi all i am new to this site i would really apreciate if someone could really help me and go the the process of bankrupcy. If anyone has gone through this recently could you please tell me all the steps that you had to take. Me and my partner have took the big decission to go bankrupt we have the bankrupcy petition forms to fill. I will be the firdt person to admit that we have made some mistakes in life it all stems from before we had our two girls its all just got a bit out of hand and we are struggling to keep our head a bove water. If anyone could please help i would be very greatful.

I am a complete new to this and right now I am learning all the processes and different ways of filing for bankruptcy in different regions and my prospective to get the details of that. |

FYI - You may want to edit your post and remove your name. Once you declare BR your details will appear on the Insolvency Register and most BR people, myself included, like to be as anonymous as possible. With your name people after you are BR could search the Insolvency Register and find your address details. |
