Ie do they ask for bank statements, how many months worth?
I ask because i traded a bit on ebay/used paypal quite a bit a few years ago (whilst in an iva) and although i hardly made a deal, i know this could potentially be a problem for not declaring it, this was 2 years ago+ is this likely to surface if i dont mention it?

Posted - 02 April 2007 : 12:04:18 Hi, I spoke to someone from the OR's office on Friday and I am waiting for my bankruptcy pack to arrive. I was told that I will need to send back the following:
Bank statements for the last 12 months Credit card statements for the last 12 months Loan agreements Catalogue statements for the last 12 months
I told her that I don't have the credit card statements (shredded) and that I don't have all the bank statements as they were sent to Accuma for my IVA and I don't think I will get them back in time and I was told not to worry - I think they can access the statements fairly easily.
I have got my telephone interview on Tuesday 10th April, so I've got to get the information back to the OR before Easter!

Can anyone who has recently gone through this advise me?
For instance do you have to supply bank staemnets/wage slips and if so how many months worth?
