Posted - 04 July 2007 : 14:59:30 Hya I am due to go bankrupt on the 24th July and I cant wait. Ive been in debt since I was 18 and it has escalated in the last 2 years since my 2 boys arrived. My husband is supposed to be declaring himself as well but i think we might be able to get away with an IVA for him the only reason he couldnt before is because of our joint mortgage and secured loan.I am volunteering to hand back the keys and let the 2 lenders take the house which will break the tie in credit commitments.
Does anyone know if its too late to do this he has defaulted now with all 3 lenders they are yorkshire bank gldfish and barclays? Im deffo havin to delare myself as i dont work anymore..not since the boys were born..we've have been a bit naughty though cos our car was repossessed and we have been without one for a month . I couldnt afford to buy one so i picked a little runabout with u can car credit?? if my hubby gets an iva it will be fine but im scared they will repossess this car as well even though its within budget.
We are now in hiding from the debt collectors in a rented property til it all blows over can they find me??
