I am forced to cease trading as there has been very little work.I have applied for pension credits, and will receive £137.35 per week.I also receive local housing allowance of £90.90 per week and full relief on my council tax benefit.Is the trustee of my bankruptcy able to request an IPA or an IPO ? |
