Posted - 12 January 2008 : 22:48:55 i live on rented property. i have nothing in my assets. my age is of 30. i work in morrisons and i get around 700 pounds per month from there but i am really struggling with my payments i am not able to save good money even to buy clothes and stuff as well. if go bankrupt what would happen. do i have to pay any thing when i will be declared bankrupt please help me out with this problem

Do you have a car, if so what value is the car?

Posted - 13 January 2008 : 13:16:44 i haven"t repaid anything yet, i still earn the same wages and i have been put on to a nil tax code,i have been imformed that i will pay the tax money to the receiver at year end. take some advice that"s what i did best move i made,no more fone calls & i actually sleep on a nite now,best move i"ve ever made. just take advice 1st, CAB r excellent
