Phone contracts again:
I have been reading posts about phone contracts and it's got me worried. I am planning on going BR soon; I have had a phone contract with the same supplier for about 15 years and have never missed a payment, so will not be including it in the BR. Will I still be able to keep it, or is it likely to be frozen or cancelled. I need it for work and am worried now! Thanks

Jan is right, I have been with Vodafone since before my BR and I haven't had any problems. I have upgraded several times since being BR as well.

I didn't mention Vodafone on my SOA as I didn't owe them anything and I wanted to keep the contract.

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.

Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 - it's over at last!

I'm sure they will be - let us know how you get on.

Hopefully Orange will be the same...

I know that Tracey is with Vodaphone and I'm sure she has had no problems.

I'm with O2 and whenever I've upgraded they've only ever checked my account with them.

Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.

Thanks Jan...that's a relief!

Hi Satal,

As long as you are still in the contract then you should be ok. It's only those taking out a new contract that might have problems.

Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and cauldron bubble.
